Quality
Quality is more than just numbers
A part within tolerance isn’t automatically a good part. Material, finish, inspection and on-time delivery all count — and nothing leaves our workshop unless it’s right.
Certified quality management, plus ISO 27001 information security for your design data.
Tolerances down to ±0.05 mm on critical features. General tolerances to ISO 2768-m unless your drawing says otherwise.
Mill certificates and inspection reports available on request.
Sandblasting, anodising and coating, so parts arrive ready to use.
How it works
From file to finished part in six steps
Clear communication and full traceability, from the first quote to delivery.
- STEP 01
Quote
Our instant quoting system gives you a preliminary price. Engineers then check feasibility and send a detailed quote with confirmed price and lead time.
- STEP 02
Purchase order
Once you confirm, a purchase order is created and your parts are scheduled for production.
- STEP 03
Manufacturing
Parts are produced on our CNC and 3D printing equipment under our ISO 9001 quality system.
- STEP 04
Quality control
Every part is inspected against your drawing and specifications before it ships.
- STEP 05
Packing & shipping
Parts are cleaned, individually packed and shipped securely to your door.
- STEP 06
Order tracking
Follow production status and see part photos and inspection data before your parts arrive.

Engineering support
Better designs cost less to make
Not sure your part is optimised for machining? Send us your CAD files and our engineers will review them before production — catching the details that drive up cost and lead time.
- Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) feedback on every quote
- Material and finish recommendations
- Tolerances applied only where they matter
- Reverse engineering from samples or worn parts

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which file formats can I send?
For quotes we accept STEP/STP, IGES, STL, 3MF and OBJ 3D models. For CNC parts, please add a PDF drawing with tolerances, threads and surface finish requirements.
How do I get a price?
Upload your model to our online quoting system for an instant 3D printing estimate. CNC parts are quoted manually: our engineers review your files and send a detailed quotation with confirmed pricing and lead time.
Do you make single prototypes?
Yes. We produce everything from one-off prototypes to low- and medium-volume production runs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. The shipping method and cost are included in your quote.
Are my design files kept confidential?
Yes. Your CAD files and project data are handled under our ISO 27001 certified information security management system and are only accessed by authorised staff.
Have a drawing or a 3D model? Get a price today.
Upload STEP, STL or 3MF files for an instant 3D printing estimate, or send your CNC drawings for an engineer-reviewed quote. NDA available on request.
