These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of fastfab.co and app.fastfab.co (the “Website”) and to all quotations, orders and deliveries of parts and services by Fastfab Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“FastFab”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a quote or placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Quotations

Prices shown by the online quoting system are preliminary estimates. They are not binding until our engineering team has reviewed your files and sent a written quotation.
Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the files, drawings, quantities and requirements you provided. Changes to any of these may change the price and lead time.
Where a drawing and a 3D model conflict, the drawing prevails unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when you confirm a written quotation and we issue an order confirmation or purchase order (PO). Production starts after acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed payment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files, drawings, materials, tolerances and quantities you supply. Please mark critical dimensions and requirements on your drawing.
Unless specified on the drawing, general tolerances to ISO 2768-m apply. Cosmetic requirements must be agreed in writing.

3. Your designs and confidentiality

You keep all intellectual property rights in the designs and files you send us. We use them only to quote, manufacture and deliver your parts.
We treat your files and project data as confidential and protect them under our ISO 27001 information security management system. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
You confirm that you have the right to have the parts manufactured and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
We may photograph parts for quality records. We will only use photos for marketing with your permission.

4. Quality, inspection and acceptance

Parts are manufactured under our ISO 9001 quality management system and inspected before shipment. Material certificates and inspection reports are available on request and must be requested with the order.
Please inspect parts on receipt and notify us in writing of any non-conformity within 14 days of delivery, with photos and a description. Parts must not be modified before we have assessed the claim.
If parts do not conform to the agreed specification, we will, at our option, rework or replace them, or credit or refund the price of the non-conforming parts.

5. Lead times and delivery

Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start once the order is accepted. We will inform you promptly of any expected delay.
Delivery terms, shipping method and costs are stated in the quotation. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless agreed otherwise. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
For new customers or large orders we may require payment in advance or a deposit.

7. Changes and cancellation

Because parts are made to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled free of charge once production has started. If you cancel or change an order after acceptance, we may charge for work already performed and material already purchased.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the parts concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, production downtime or assembly costs.
You are responsible for the suitability of the design and material for the intended application, including testing and certification of the final product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Use of the Website

Website content is provided for general information. We may change or update it at any time. You may not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload files containing malicious code.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
